  • Parts & hardware: Sold “as is” with manufacturer warranty only; no additional warranty provided.

5. Billing & Payment

  • Customers must pay invoices promptly; late payments may incur fees.
  • Hardware/software purchased on behalf of customers must be reimbursed at cost.
  • Outstanding bills remain payable even if equipment later fails for unrelated reasons.
  • Unauthorized chargebacks will be treated as fraudulent activity and pursued legally.

6. Warranty

  • Services include a 14‑day limited warranty for issues directly related to the original service.
  • Malware cleanup warranty excludes reinfection if antivirus protection is not maintained.
  • Warranty covers labor only, not parts or software.

7. Security & Conduct

  • Customers must not engage in hacking, impersonation, or misuse of the website.
  • Violations may result in civil or criminal liability.
  • User submissions to public forums are considered non‑confidential.

8. Waiver & Enforcement

  • D‑Net Unit may waive rules case‑by‑case, but this does not prevent enforcement later.
  • Failure to enforce a breach does not excuse future breaches.
