1. General Policy

  • Strict No Refunds: Once a service has been initiated or delivered, fees are non‑refundable.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may only be issued if:

  • The service was not delivered at all.
  • A duplicate payment was made in error.

3. Returns

  • As services are digital/technical in nature, returns are not applicable.

4. Chargebacks

  • Unauthorized chargebacks will be treated as fraudulent activity and pursued legally.

5. Customer Responsibility

  • Customers must review service details before purchase.
  • Dissatisfaction after service delivery does not qualify for refunds.
